PLEASE NOTE:

The RUGGED Brand Store Co. is an Authorized Master Distributor of RUGGED Equipment Brand Products. We are not the Manufacturer and only warranties and exchanges products purchased from The RUGGED Brand Store Co Website and its partnered retailers (Email us at ruggedbrand@comcast.net for listing) and WILL NOT cover any products purchased from other distributors or retailers of RUGGED Equipment products.

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place it. Please take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, there is no way for us to change any information.

International Shipping Policy: Delivery time to Canada is just an estimated average delivery time frame and is NOT guaranteed. Your package may be held by your country’s customs agency until cleared. We do not have control over your local Post Mail System or Customs Agencies. However you can be assured that all international packages are being shipped out with all needed documentation to avoid unnecessary delays.

Duties and Taxes: Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.

30 day “No Questions Asked” Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. A Return/Exchange Material Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. All items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be refused. To obtain RMA number please e-mail us at ruggedbrand@comcast.net for further instructions.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping received date. Items must be returned unused or in a new sellable condition, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Products returned with signs of abuse and or wear and tear of a condition which can not be sold as new or without original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made for the price of an item paid, shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. Exchanges may require additional shipping expenses. You will be responsible for ALL costs involved in re-shipping the product. Returns must be shipped properly and packaged in hard box or suitable container It is your responsibility to insure your return package – we are not liable for lost or damaged merchandise.

Belt Clip/Belt Loop Exchange:

All Belt Clips and Belt Loops purchased from The RUGGED Brand Store Co. come with a one-time FREE exchange for return. If you’re Belt Clip or Belt Loop purchase becomes defective after the limited one-year warranty an FREE exchange of the product is authorized. The Belt Clip or Belt Loop must be returned to us for the exchange. Upon receipt of the Belt Clip or Belt Loop a NEW one will be sent to out to you at no cost. Only one exchange of the product purchased is authorized per customer. Shipping charges shall not be credited for the exchange.

The RUGGED Brand Store Co. will process exchanges or refunds within 2 to 3 days of receipt.

Warranty:
Limited Product Warranty: Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. The RUGGED Brand Store Co. warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year (unless stated otherwise under product's description) from the date of purchase. When authorized we will send a replacement upon return of defective equipment. We will ship the replacement item via USPS services at no charge to you.

This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased. The RUGGED Brand Store Co. reserves the right to repair or replace the product if limited warranty applies.
